If you change your mind
Please return the item within 28 days and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned with its original RECEIPT and as sold (with all of the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories intact).
Faulty goods
If any of our products are found to be faulty please return them along with PROOF OF PURCHASE and we will happily offer an exchange, repair, credit or refund.
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of food, drink and pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
