Central to our Farm Shop is The Butchery and Deli. Our skilled team are on site seven days a week and are led by Head Butcher Dave. We like to give good old fashioned personal service with friendly advice about choosing the right cut of meat and the best way to cook or prepare it.
We are proud to offer our customers high quality, fully traceable meat. Local is the way forward and all of the beef and lamb is Welsh and sourced from three local abattoirs. The fresh pork cuts come from an abattoir in nearby Rhos and all of our Chicken is Farm assured British from local poultry dealers. We are proud to make our sausages and burgers onsite, with the Welsh Dragon varieties being a particular favourite!
On our deli counter you will find a variety of cheeses, pies, pastries, sliced meats and ready prepared salads. All of our pies, pastries and sliced meats are freshly baked onsite. We pride ourselves on having a selection of wonderful British cheeses accompanied by some of their continental cousins. Local favourites include ‘Pearl Wen’, one of Wales’ best loved soft cheeses, ‘The Black Bomber’ one of many to choose from the Snowdonia Cheese Range and ‘Belton White Fox’, an aged White Leicester from Shropshire.
If you are planning a special occasion or wish to place a large order our Butchery team will be happy to advise you. They can put an order together ready for you to collect at your convenience.
