We are located on one level, so there are no steps to negotiate. We have a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first come first served basis. The wheelchairs have shopping trollies that can be attached for ease of use. Disabled parking bays are available and we have a disabled toilet. Both our restaurant and shop staff can assist you with getting items to tables or tills. We also provide a delivery service to help with getting heavier items home.

We have baby changing facilities, high chairs, bottle/feed warming and a children’s menu in our restaurant which includes a picnic punnet lunch. Our restaurant tables are well spaced leaving plenty of room for buggies and prams. Outside in the Garden Centre there is a play area suitable for children aged 8 years and under.
We have an outside play area suitable for children aged 8 years and under. There are many garden benches located here for adults to sit whilst the children play. Perhaps get yourself a takeaway coffee from the Strawberry Fields Restaurant too!
We only allow assistance dogs on our premises. During Pick Your Own season we don’t allow dogs on the fruit fields but they are allowed in the car park field.
A local delivery service is available for larger items. All items must be paid for in full before delivery is made. The delivery charge is dependent on your location. Please contact us if you would like a quote.
We sell our own Bellis’ vouchers which can be used throughout the store including in the Strawberry Fields Restaurant. ‘Traditional Afternoon Tea for Two’ vouchers are also available from the Strawberry Fields Restaurant. You can purchase National Garden Centre gift cards which can be redeemed in store or used at any other affiliated Garden Centre. (Please note National Garden Centre gift cards cannot be used for food items from the Farm Shop or The Strawberry Fields Restaurant). All vouchers have 12 month expiry dates.

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer this service.
We have many coach companies who regularly visit us. If you are able to let us know in advance if you are intending to bring a large group, it helps with the service in the restaurant. The Strawberry Fields Restaurant can be contacted directly on 01829 272031.
