(Approx 48.5 per week (averaged over a 2 week rota) for five days over seven)
We are recruiting a Butcher on a permanent basis to work in our Butchery and Deli. We are looking for a confident, friendly and flexible individual who enjoys working alone or as part of a team. They must be able to communicate confidently with our customers in a polite and friendly manner.
NB. Previous experience in Butchery is essential.
- Cutting, boning and tying meat
- Stock rotation, replenishment & merchandising
- Adhering to all food safety regulations
- Operating scales
- Customer service
