Honeyed Pumpkin Wedges

Ingredients
1 small pumpkin cut into wedges, removing the seeds.
100ml honey
2 tablespoons of pumpkinseed oil (vegetable/sunflower oil can be used)
Freshly ground salt and pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation
1. This is ideal to cook on a barbecue but will cook just as easily in the oven.
2. On a double layer of foil place the pumpkin wedges, drizzle on the oil and the honey, season well and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
3. Bring the edges of the foil together and fold and seal.
4. If using the barbecue cook for 20-30 minutes. If using the oven a temp of 200C or 180C in a fan oven for 20-30 minutes.
5. Open the foil and serve.
